Reservation Policy

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or bank deposit, which will be debited to the client to make your reservation effective. (A pre-approval to verify that the card is valid will be performed). It must ensure at least the first night.In high season reservations must be guaranteed with 50% deposit prior advance.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations require a deposit in advance by credit card at time of booking. In this case, the hotel will get in touch with the travel agency to request the security code of the credit card; and greater monitoring of these reserves.

The total percentage of the value of the deposit should be 50% and must be made before 16:00 the day of arrival, the deposit will be debited at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

No Shows:

Oversold Policy:

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.
